Ecstatic Yod guarantees everything we sell, both in terms of grading and description.
If you purchased something from us and you're not satisfied with it, let us know and we'll arrange something. It may or may not require returning the item, so please don’t do so until we correspond.
We offer domestic customers the choice of shipping via Media Mail or First Class Mail. Insurance on domestic shipments is always a good option, especially if the items are valuable, but we can tell you that less than 1% of domestic packages go awry.
We ship overseas and to Canada, Mexico and South America via First Class Mail (which is one of the new rates).
With the new rate structure, it is only possible to insure packages if the buyer chooses a much more expensive shipping method (Global Priority). If you want to do this, send us a note with your order and we can give you all the necessary information.
Registered mail is available for almost all First Class overseas mail, however, and it is recommended, especially for certain countries. Italy, Greece and to a lesser extent Germany, are countries where we have problems with something like 30% of shipments (although most of these are just delayed for weeks or months at Customs).
Overseas orders sent without registration are shipped at the buyer’s risk. We will happily provide customs information for lost packages (the Post Office now issues a unique serial number for every overseas package), but there’s not much else we can do.
For non-domestic orders, patience is a virtue.
