MOORCOCK, MICHAEL & THE DEEP FIX
The New Worlds Fair Year: 1975 Format: LP Condition: ex/ex
$40.00

First album cut by the great UK science fiction writer, Michael Moorcock. It's sorta interesting that he followed a path ultimately similar to that trod by Mick Farren, but proceeding in opposite directions to arrive at the same destination. As you'd expect it's a street-prog-song-cycle about a desperate, Clockwork Orange-type future and the miscreants who live there. Pretty cool record with lotsa musical help by various Hawkwind guys, High Tide remnants and many more spaceheads. Great Barney Bubbles cover and inner sleeve, too.
Personnel: Michael Moorcock, Steve Gilmore, Graham Charnock, Simon House, Simon King, Alan Powell, Snowy White, Kuma Harada, Pete Pavli, Shirlie Roden, Debi Doss, Herbert North, Jill Riches
Catalogue Number: UAG-29732
Grading Notes: original UK issue w/ inner sleeve
